Ford Motor Company recently launched a new point-of-sale program that offers customers free replacement of brake pads purchased on or after July 1, 2014, so Ford drivers will not only have an enhanced ownership experience, but also a great opportunity to get the right parts installed by the right people.
If you buy, or have recently purchased, a set of Motorcraft brake pads for your car, truck, SUV or eligible commercial vehicle, when the pads wear down to less than three millimeters, you can come in and have them replaced at our top-rated service center. This new program, called "Lifetime Brake Pad Guarantee," covers the costs of high-quality OEM-recommended parts, meaning customers would only have to pay a minimal fee for labor and installation.
Along with passenger vehicles, select commercial vehicles qualify for the program, unless they are used for/by police, taxis, postal work, towing or emergency services.
