New Vehicle Limited Warranty

All new models manufactured by Ford include a New Vehicle Limited Warranty. The warranty doesn't require a deductible and covers repair, replacement, and adjustment services that are eligible. Any defects in the components and parts from the factory are covered.

Powertrain Warranty

New Ford models come with this warranty, which covers the vehicle's most vital components for 5 years or 60,000 miles, whichever comes first.  The parts covered under the Powertrain Warranty include the transmission, wheels, engine, and axle.

Emissions Defect Warranty

This warranty is included on Ford models up to 8,500 pounds and covers passenger cars and light-duty trucks. It covers all parts related to the emissions system for 2 years or 24,000 miles and certain parts for 8 years or 80,000 miles.

Hybrid and Electric Vehicle Unique Component Coverage

The Hybrid and Electric Vehicle Unique Component Coverage is included with all-electric and hybrid models. The coverage includes repairs needed on the electric drivetrain system. The coverage of the warranty will depend on the type of model of hybrid or electric vehicles.

Safety Restraint Warranty

All safety components and equipment come with this warranty. It provides coverage to the airbag Supplemental Safety Restraint system and seat belts. The warranty covers five years or 60,000 miles, depending on what comes first. You can find more information about this type of warranty in your owner's manual.

Gwinnett Place Ford also offers added protection with MPP plans to deliver extended warranties for older models. This includes service contracts, lease wear coverage, and GAP.

Corrosion Warranty

Should body panels develop corrosion or rust perforation during normal use, this warranty covers the damage if it should occur in the first 5 years regardless of miles driven.
