Food Truck Fridays are back in Duluth, Georgia, now through October! Enjoy summer weather while munching on fare from some of the area’s best food trucks each Friday night between 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. in downtown Duluth! Popular food trucks like Fry Guy, Mac the Cheese, Viet-Nomie’s Gourmet Food Truck & Café, Yumbii and The Load Burger have participated, so as you can see there’s a variety of different types of cuisine available. From America to exotic and signature festival foods, there’s always plenty to nosh on!
Food Truck Fridays are held in conjunction with Fridays-N-Duluth, which include additional entertainment for visitors. Every first and third Friday of the month, Flicks on the Bricks plays movies starting at dusk. The third Friday of this month, July 17, they’ll be presenting “How to Train a Dragon 2” and in August they’ll present “The Giver” and “Blended.” Live music is also held from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. each Friday night at the Duluth Town Green festival stage and as usual there will be giant games!
Open containers are allowed in downtown for the events, as every Friday night the area becomes a licensed merchant zone. So if you don’t have other plans this Friday, go grab some food and a drink and take part in this fun community block party!
