2026 Ford Escape Exterior

What's New for the 2026 Ford Escape®?

The 2026 Ford Escape® carries over with no major revisions. One important change is availability: the Escape® is no longer sold in California or any state with California-level emissions requirements. Aside from that, the 2026 Escape® remains much like the 2025 model, with a roomy cabin, comfy seats, and a smooth driving experience.

What Are the 2026 Escape® Trims & Features?

The Active® is the entry-level trim. Standard features include rear dual USB charging ports and wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, along with an eight-inch infotainment display and a six-speaker sound system.

The ST-Line adds visual upgrades such as body-colored lower cladding, a mesh grille, and a rear spoiler. It also gets a flat-bottom steering wheel and rides on 18-inch wheels for a sportier feel.

The ST-Line Select brings LED fog lights, power windows, remote start, a heated steering wheel, and heated front seats.

The ST-Line Elite includes larger 19-inch wheels, LED headlights, ambient interior lighting, a digital instrument panel, wireless phone charging, and more advanced safety tech.

The Platinum™ trim tops the range with a 13.2-inch touchscreen, rain-sensing wipers, and synthetic-leather seating.

What Safety Features Does the 2026 Escape® Include?

Standard safety equipment includes forward collision mitigation, lane-keep assist, blind-spot warning, and rear cross-traffic alert.
