Warning: Watch if you dare - this video may cause nightmares! Ford Motor Company pulled off a comical and hair-raising Halloween prank at a car wash in Detroit, which they converted into a scrub-bubbly haunted house of sorts. Once in the car wash tunnel, unsuspecting drivers were taken off guard when the lights went dark and costumed actors popped out from behind the brushes.
The prank took place on Sept. 30, 2014, when Ford asked 30 strangers if they wanted to take part in a filmed test drive, which was really just a ploy to get participants to go through a spooky car wash. Before heading to the imaginary film set, drivers were first given money to go have their vehicles washed. As you can guess, they never made it to their final destination once taken on the wash system's conveyor, where they were ultimately greeted by the undead.
The fun Halloween prank elicited blood curdling screams and the best part was at the very end, when drivers got one last frightful surprise. Click play now to see what happened for yourself - you'll never look at automatic car washes the same way again!
