Ford’s recent video prank, featuring the new Ford Mustang, gives a whole new meaning to the term speed dating. The story is as follows: A group of unsuspecting men are talked into going on blind dates and get thrown for a loop (pun intended) when taken on a high-speed ride by their café companion, Prestin Persson, who happens to be a professional driving instructor.
At first, the actress and Willow Springs driving teacher pretended to be a bit uncomfortable driving stick. One of the guys gently suggested when to shift, while another got a little cocky, stating, "Let me drive. I'll show you what this thing can do." Little did he know that his hot date was a pro stunt driver who could put his driving skills to shame.
While most of the dates seemed a bit cold, the driving was on fire, with plenty of tire smoke to prove it. Following her pretend act, Prestin went drifting in an empty parking lot, showing the guys exactly what she could do with the Mustang. Of course, hidden cameras in and outside of the car captured all the excitement on film. Check out Ford’s “Speed Dating” video below.
