Make sure you save the date for Duluth’s upcoming tree lighting ceremony! Every year it’s a huge hit, with sparkling lights everywhere and several activities to take part in, including meetings with Santa for kids, live music, giant games, ornament making and other festivities.
The fun happens at Duluth Town Green from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Dec. 5, 2015. Many vendors will be onsite including Life Material Arts, Fancy Face Painting and Truly Radiant. There will also be plenty of delicious food and beverages from several vendors, such as Angelfire7 BBQ, Bucket O’ Shrimp, Espresso Theory and others. In addition, you won’t want to miss live musical entertainment from The Freedom Band, Chattahoochee Elementary School and Emily Vance.
