Remember when you were turning 15? When the excitement of getting closer to adulthood was palpable and there was only one way to celebrate – with a party! Well, recently, we got to participate in a promotion that rewarded one lucky winner with a coming-of-age celebration like no other.
Over this past March and April, Univision 34 Atlanta invited teens to show off their talents in a one-of-a-kind Un Sueño de Quince promotion, which Gwinnett Place Ford was very proud to sponsor. From singing and dancing to painting and much more, local teens auditioned for a chance to win a dream party with up to 100 friends and family members.
One of the auditions took place at our dealership on Sunday, April 24, where we had two of the finalists onsite, along with many others. Shortly after, on May 1 at the local Cinco de Mayo festival, the final competition was held and it was an emotional yet joyful ending. Following all of the holiday festivities, the Un Sueño de Quince winner – Ana Hernández – was crowned!
Ana, pictured above, will receive a huge, once-in-a-lifetime bash where she’ll get to celebrate her passage into adulthood.
