Ford Names Michael Aragon to Lead Integrated Services, Create Customer Experiences Powered by Software, Services

Ford has appointed Michael Aragon as president of Integrated Services. He's a familiar figure to those who've followed Lululemon Digital Fitness, PlayStation Network, or Crunchyroll, and now his proven success will serve Ford.

Michael Aragon's New Role at Ford

Over the decades, Ford has thrived under visionary leaders. Aragon steps into the vacancy left by Peter Stern, now President at Peloton Interactive. Enthusiasts are eager to see Aragon's roadmap for the years ahead.

In his remarks upon stepping into the role, Aragon emphasized enriching cabin life: “We can spark new in-cabin experiences and services that feel seamless and contextual for our customers.” He'll focus on advancing Ford BlueCruise, Ford Pro productivity solutions, and Ford Model e services.

One of his top objectives is scaling Ford's subscription base past the current 800,000 paid members. Ford CEO Mike Farley is confident that Aragon's leadership will advance Integrated Services.

Speaking on the Ford+ strategy, Farley noted its significance: “The heart of the Ford+ plan is to match our iconic and trusted vehicles with incredible services and experiences that will improve the lives of our customers and help businesses succeed.” He added, “Mike is the right leader to build on our early success with Integrated Services and help Ford capture this immense growth opportunity.”

Aragon, who officially took the reins on March 17, boasts a distinguished career at Fortune 500 companies. A University of New Mexico graduate with an MBA from Dartmouth, he helped build Twitch's reputation. Ford anticipates strong performance under his direction.
