One of the biggest changes to the standard 2016 Ford Focus in Duluth is the inclusion of SYNC 3 technology. A replacement for MyFord Touch, the intuitive new system works to keep drivers connected while on the go by providing a variety of features, including hands-free calling and available navigation. The high-performance ST model also gains SYNC 3 and adds a carbon-fiber interior to the ST3 package, benefiting those who take advantage of the package. In addition to these updates, a brand-new Focus RS model joins the lineup, offering high-end performance. It dons athletic styling, comes with Recaro seats, features all-wheel drive and has the ability to produce up to 350 horsepower when working in conjunction with its six-speed manual gearbox.
The Focus ST, which also produces first-class performance, sports a turbo 2.0L inline-4, generating 252 horsepower and 270 lb.-ft. of torque. The standard 2016 Ford Focus in Duluth comes equipped with a more efficient 2.0L four-cylinder, exerting 160 horsepower; however, a 1.0L EcoBoost three-cylinder engine is also available. It can be paired with either a six-speed manual or six-speed automatic and can produce an EPA-estimated 33 mpg combined when equipped with the manual. For buyers who want to live a green lifestyle, the Focus Electric model is the perfect option. It boasts a 76-mile driving range and is the most fuel-efficient option out of all the Focus models.
